Why an Order Cannot Be Created

Overview

An order may fail to be created due to insufficient balance, incorrect order parameters, or trading system limitations.

Check the main reasons below and try creating the order again.

Insufficient Funds

To create an order, your balance must contain enough funds to complete the transaction.

Check:

  • available balance of the selected currency
  • order amount
  • selected operation type (buy or sell)

If your balance is insufficient, deposit funds and try again.

Order Amount Is Below the Minimum

The minimum order value must be at least 10 USDT.

If the order amount is below the required minimum:

  • increase the cryptocurrency amount
  • or adjust the order price

Price Is Outside the Allowed Range

For Limit Orders, the order price cannot differ from the current market price by more than 10%.

Check:

  • the specified buy or sell price
  • the current market price of the asset

Adjust the price and try creating the order again.

Open Order Limit Reached

The number of simultaneously active orders is limited.

Maximum available:

  • up to 30 open orders

If the limit is reached:

  1. Open the Orders section
  2. Check your active orders
  3. Cancel unnecessary orders
  4. Create a new order

Other Possible Reasons

An order may fail to be created due to:

  • temporary system errors
  • unavailable trading pair
  • market price changes during order creation

Try again later.

If the issue persists, contact support and provide:

  • trading pair
  • order type
  • time when the error occurred
  • error message text
