How to Deposit ​

Overview ​

You can deposit funds by transferring cryptocurrency to your Cifra X deposit address.

Once the transaction is confirmed by the blockchain network, the funds will automatically appear in your account balance.

Step-by-Step Instructions ​

  1. Go to the My Assets section
  2. In the Balance block, click “Deposit”
  3. Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit
  4. Select the required blockchain network
  5. Click “Get Deposit Address”
  6. Review the deposit information and click “Confirm”
  7. Copy the wallet address or scan the QR code
  8. Send funds to this address from your external wallet or another platform

Important ​

Before sending funds:

  • make sure you select the same network as the one used for the transfer
  • sending funds through an incorrect network may result in permanent loss of assets
  • minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the cryptocurrency
  • funds are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations

Deposit Processing Time ​

The time required for a deposit depends on:

  • selected blockchain network
  • current network load
  • number of required confirmations

Usually, deposits are credited within:

  • several minutes to one hour

Common Issues ​

Deposit Has Not Been Credited ​

Check:

  • whether the wallet address is correct
  • whether the selected network matches the sending network
  • transaction status using the TxID (transaction hash) in the blockchain explorer

Funds Were Sent but Balance Has Not Updated ​

Try:

  • waiting for blockchain confirmations
  • refreshing the page
  • checking the transaction status using the TxID

If the Issue Is Not Resolved ​

If your funds have not been credited after a significant amount of time:

Contact support and provide:

  • cryptocurrency
  • deposit amount
  • TxID (transaction hash)
