How to Log In to Your Account ​

Overview ​

You can log in using your email address and password. If Google Authenticator is enabled, an additional verification code will be required.

Step-by-Step Instructions ​

  1. Open the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click "Log In"

Next:

  • if 2FA is not enabled → you will be logged in to your account
  • if 2FA is enabled → you will need to enter the Google Authenticator code

Log In with Google ​

  1. Click the "Google" button
  2. Sign in to your Google account
  3. Grant access permission

Next:

  • if the account already exists → you will be logged in
  • if the account does not exist → a new account will be created automatically

If You Cannot Log In ​

Check:

  • whether the email address is entered correctly
  • whether the password is correct
  • the keyboard layout
