How to Change Your Password ​

Overview ​

You can change your password in your account settings. Google Authenticator (2FA) must be enabled to change your password.

Requirements ​

Before changing your password, make sure:

  • Google Authenticator (2FA) is enabled
  • you have access to the authenticator app

Step-by-Step Instructions ​

  1. Go to Profile Settings
  2. Open the Security section
  3. Click “Change Password”
  4. Enter:
    • new password
    • confirmation of the new password
  5. Enter the Google Authenticator code
  6. Click “Next” / “Save”

Password Requirements ​

Your password must contain:

  • at least 8 characters
  • at least one uppercase letter
  • at least one number
  • at least one special character

Important ​

  • changing the password is not possible without access to Google Authenticator
  • if you lose access to 2FA, contact support to restore access
