Why Referral Rewards Are Not Credited ​

Overview ​

Referral rewards are credited only when all program conditions are met.

If you do not receive rewards, check the possible reasons below.

Possible Reasons ​

  • The referred user did not register using your referral link
  • The referred user has not performed any qualifying activity (for example, has not participated in copy trading)
  • No commission was charged from the referred user's activity
  • The reward calculation period has not been completed yet

Important ​

Referral rewards are calculated only from actual commissions paid by referred users.

What to Check ​

Make sure that:

  • the referred user is active on the platform
  • the user registered through your referral link
  • the calculation period has been completed
  • eligible commissions have been generated

If all conditions are met but rewards are still missing, contact support.
