Why Is My Withdrawal Still Processing?
Overview
The “Processing” status means that your withdrawal request is being reviewed and has not yet been sent to the blockchain network.
After clicking “Withdraw”:
- You confirm the transaction:
- using Google Authenticator
- using the verification code sent to your email
- The system checks the withdrawal details
- The request is sent for processing
What the “Processing” status may include
- security verification
- limit checks
- transaction preparation
How long does it take?
Usually:
- from a few minutes
- up to several hours
Why can a withdrawal be delayed?
Possible reasons:
- high network load
- additional security verification
- suspicious activity detected
- blockchain network issues
Important
- withdrawals cannot be canceled after confirmation
- sending funds to an incorrect address may result in permanent loss of funds
When should you contact support?
Contact support if:
- the transaction remains stuck for an extended period
- funds have been deducted, but no TxID has been provided
