What to Do If Forgot Your Password ​

Overview ​

You can reset your password using your email address.

Step-by-Step Instructions ​

  1. Click "Forgot Password?"
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Complete the CAPTCHA verification
  4. Click "Send"
  5. Open the email and follow the password reset link

If Google Authenticator Is Enabled ​

  1. Enter the code from the Google Authenticator app
  2. Click "Next"

If Google Authenticator Is Not Enabled ​

  • The password reset form will open immediately

Changing Your Password ​

  1. Enter a new password
  2. Confirm your new password
  3. Click "Next"

Password Requirements ​

Your password must contain:

  • at least 8 characters
  • at least one uppercase letter
  • at least one number
  • at least one special character

Important ​

  • The password reset link is valid for 30 minutes
  • If you request a new link, the previous link will become invalid

If You Did Not Receive the Email ​

  • Click "Email not received"
  • Check your Spam folder
  • Verify that the email address is correct
