How to Withdraw
Overview
You can withdraw funds from your Cifra X balance to an external cryptocurrency wallet.
To complete a withdrawal, Google Authenticator (2FA) must be enabled on your account.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to the My Assets section
- In the Balance block, click “Withdraw”
- Select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw
- Select the blockchain network
- Enter the recipient wallet address
- If required, enter the address tag/memo
- Enter the withdrawal amount
- Complete the security verification:
- enter the code sent to your account email
- enter the code from Google Authenticator
- Review the withdrawal details
- Confirm the transaction
Important
Before confirming a withdrawal:
- make sure the wallet address is correct
- verify that the selected network matches the recipient wallet network
- withdrawal fees are deducted from the withdrawal amount
- some withdrawals may require additional manual review
Withdrawal Processing Time
Usually:
- from 20 minutes to several hours
In rare cases:
- up to 24 hours
The processing time depends on:
- blockchain network load
- required confirmations
- additional security checks
Common Issues
Withdrawal Is Processing
This means the withdrawal is being reviewed, processed, or waiting for blockchain confirmations.
Please wait until the status changes.
Withdrawal Error
Check:
- available balance
- withdrawal limits
- wallet address correctness
- selected network
If the Issue Is Not Resolved
If your funds have not been withdrawn after an extended period:
Contact support and provide:
- cryptocurrency
- withdrawal amount
- TxID (transaction hash), if available
